United with the recurring story of Amiana hotels and resorts system, Indochine style restaurant portfolio continues to exploit the image of lotus’s leaves and flowers, bamboo trees, coconut trees, traditional patterns and textures… which can be considered as familiar and signature image of Vietnam, combined with the French Neoclassical architectural style.

About architecture, the design of corridor and wide pergola roofing creates a middle zone which connects the current Amiana Nha Trang’s tropical architectural style with the interior space of the Indochinese style restaurant. The wooden glass doors and windows are arranged in thick, wide and tall appearance to get light and ventilation.

For the interior space, the decoration idea for pillars, walls, ceilings using wood material with geometry patterns is developed from the decoration details in the ancient Vietnamese architecture.
Tables, chairs, counters and shelves follow French neoclassical style, combined with stylish details from the bamboo trunk. Using wood materials, mattress covered by colorful and textural silk in combination with copper-plated metal will create the luxury appearance for the furniture.

Decoration idea for areas with emphasizing points in the space uses the Asian woman’s image and lotus leaf, complimented by the color tone of tropical zone in order to create the decorative paintings.

Details of lights and stylish artworks inspired by Vietnamese culture’s conical hat and flat palm hat with fringes are imbued with national identity. All will create a harmonious interior space between Eastern culture and Western culture: familiar and luxurious, warm and intriguing.
